Elena is absolutely amazing. Her energy is awesome and throughout this whole crisis she as well as the other instructors have continued to post content from home. So grateful to have them and highly recommended.
I've been coming to this studio for about a year now, and it's the BEST! All the instructors are so friendly and helpful. I've had injuries from running and I always feel better after doing a class and stretching properly. They are so knowledgeable and always give great advice. The staff also really take the time to make sure you have the best experience. I always feel great after, it's a great workout. Also, very well managed and the studio is very, very clean. I highly recommend it!

Early morning silent yoga classes with Brian are the best. The time is just right for me. It prepares me for my day ahead. Highly recommended!
Looooving the Gentle/Restorative Yoga class!! Such a great, relaxing way to end the week on Sunday evening, devote some much needed time to yourself, and reset your mind and body for the next week. Highly recommended for all- as a busy mom of 2 little girls, it’s a great way to hit the Stop and Reset buttons!
