I visited this location today and had a terrible and stressful experience. I visited this store for one item before work and wound up being here much longer than expected due to the fact that the aisles are mislabeled & there are no customer service reps on the floor to assist you. I wound up searching all over the store for my ONE ITEM since the aisle it was supposed to be in (according to the sign hanging overhead) was not the correct one and then was met with an attitude when i brought my concerns to the manager.

Calling this pharmacy in steps:n1. Wait through 10 minutes of promptsn2. Have someone pick up finally and say “one moment please hold”- and then immediately hang up on you.n3. Repeat steps 1-2

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible! They are shockingly and chronically understaffed. I have been holding for 45 minutes and still holding. This is not the first time. I hang up and called the store manager who told me they have 100 people in line and hang up on me. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. You are getting enough money to be able to staff your pharmacy appropriately. Do better!!!

I went to get some stuff and wanted to return an item they have to asked the manager for his assistant with the return not the first time I have to deal with the store manager Richard who is rude and have no customer service manners. At the same time he was been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to one of the cashiers.

Pharmacy is painfully slow. NEEDS MORE STAFF.
