Moonshot Emporium

A great record store with high quality selection for anybody interested in new wave, punk, electronic, jazz, pop, and rock. Luca, one of the owners, is so good at what he does. I can't wait for another visit.

Was delighted to hear a record store was opening in Sea Cliff but was very disappointed when I visited. In short, prices were crazy. Albums on Amazon that are $15 to $20 are marked up to nearly $40 in some cases. Old records were marked as mint when this term is universally used when a record is generally unplayed and usually still in plastic shrink wrap. I also couldn't understand why artist organization made no sense. Multiple artists had different bins in separate parts of the store. I'll gladly ship here if condition is disclosed honestly and prices are fair.
