Super rude cashier. Argued with me about a sale price even though the item was clearly marked down. And on top of that she refused to apply my rewards points even though my account said I had them available. Manager came by and said to call the helpline if I want the $5 off... Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I am happy with my local Glen Cove Walgreens. Wish the pharmacy was open till 12 like the rest of the store. But I can be hopeful that might happen. ud83dudc4dud83cudffbud83dude0a

PRICE GOUGE ALERT! Went into the store today to buy a Christmas card for my wife. I had to put my glasses on to verify the price I was seeing. $7.99 for all the cards? What a ripoff. I just took Walgreens off my list for the stores that I patronize.

People who are not so nice.....nIt was a sweltering 90 degrees at around 10am. I finished my business at the local Walgreens & had a 10-15 minute wait for a friend I was meeting at the store. Instead of waiting in the heat outside I opted to wait in the comfort of the Air conditioned store and like any other woman started to flip thru the fashion magazines.nMaybe I was there for 10-15 mins when the senior gentleman cashier walked up to me and said “ Ma’am this is not a library” I smiled apologized profusely and walked out of the cold store to a warm Mother Nature outside.nAgree... the magazines are for sale and it’s not really good manners to read them. The store was empty..I was not really occupying precious space. Yet the cashier left his station specially to police me. Awesome unnecessary dedication.nOnly in New York do people make an extra special effort to be unkind to others.
