Domino's Pizza

To me, customer service is important. I walked in to this Domino pizza place, not even a hello or any type of greetings. Yes, staff were there when I walked in. One of them even locked eyes with me while she was tossing the dough..but not even a hello. I guess I understand. She was busy. What other staff? About a minute or so later, a male cashier (could be the manager) came out and asked me what I wanted to order...nnOrder was done. I paid by credit card and was prompted if I wanted to tip.nWith such customer service? Tip?nNo!

Pizza was great. Great service. Did my special pizza & pasta & brought it out to the vehicle for me. Even had some utensils for on the go. Only difference was wasn't fed, but I can do that myself, lol. Just funning around but there is an awesome team there & it shows in their pizza's.

The fastest dominoes pizza I've had in years. I thought....oh no... That was too fast... Something is gonna be wrong.... The crust and proportions were spot on. So I ordered another pizza the same week.nThe staff was friendly & fast. Thank you

About the busiest Domino's I've been to, and it was only 4 pm. Pizza was perfectly made.

What happened to this place? Used to be decent. Tonight, our order was delivered to the wrong address (we’ve never had another address in this town, not sure where this other address is). When I called in, the employee told me that I did live at that address. I asked for manager and “Kalena” told me that they delivered to an address they had on file. I asked why they didn’t deliver it to the address on my receipt. She finally “freed” it out but told me I’d have to come pick it up if I wanted it. When I got there, she continued being rude and gave me a pizza that had liquid grease pulling in the box. It got all over my hands, my car and it ruined my shirt. Get it together.
