The Staff in the North Coast Subaru were Amazing. I was helped by Jay, Andre, and James. They were all great and made me feel welcomed. They answered all my questions and was very patient with me because I wasn't sure in which model and color I wanted the car. They also went the extra mile and told me that I could leave my other car because my lease was ending and they will drive back to the dealership and let me drive with my Subaru the same day. They have a great assortment of cars and they were to get the car I wanted. I am definitely going back to this Dealership to get my next Lease. Thank you so much team and I am very happy with my car. If anyone is looking for a car make sure you go to North Coast Subaru because they will help you with your next car.

Jay was fantastic in getting me a 2021 Subaru Forester. He was very comprehensive to my wants and needs for the Forester. I wanted the limited edition but, he persuaded me to get the sports edition instead and let me tell you, I do not regret the decision. The manager James was awesome to have broken down the additional payments needed for a new car & also, made me feel great about getting the new Forester. Overall, very satisfied with my car and will definitely recommend Jay if anyone needs to finance

I had a wonderful experience at North Coast. Carlos was very attentive to my wants for a 2018 pre-owned Forester. Very detailed, I even test drove the car and it was to perfection. The manager Andre was also amazing to finalize everything else on pricing, and made sure I was comfortable with the price I paid since he broke down the specs, visuals and everything I needed. Overall, they made me feel like family and will definitely give them a call back for service.

This Subaru was amazing!!! Hands down the best car dealership I’ve ever been to! When I first walked in I was met by Carlos who was very friendly, informative, and sweet. He got me into a car to test drive immediately while I waited for my salesman to be done with a previous sale. From there I met with Jacob who helped me test drive my second option. Jacob was respectful and informative! As a young woman I have only had rough experiences at dealerships. If I wasn’t offended outright I felt I wasn’t taken seriously, but Jacob was amazing, authentic, and he helped me get the car I really wanted with a price I am very pleased with!!! I live in CT and would 10/10 recommend my friends to take the drive to North Coast Subaru for the hospitality and transparency!!! Also, I feel it’s important to note that going over finances with Jazmin was wonderful as well. There’s no pressure to make a split decision, and she was so sweet and down to earth. I really had a phenomenal experience here today, and although I hope to not have to buy a car anytime soon, I know I’m coming back here if I have to.

The people at North Coast Subaru are outstanding and the best Subaru dealership I have ever dealt with! Chris Bahamonde(General Manager) and Carlos salesperson were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional.nnI can’t say enough positive things about the North Coast Subaru family.nnThe Best Subaru dealership on Long Island period.nnHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
