Flat Iron Pizza

Their pizza is way tastier than Sorrentos although I wish the last one I got delivered was cooked a minute longer but still bomb.

If I could give zero stars I would.nMy husband and I wanted to try somewhere different for dinner tonight and we ordered a mushroom and cheese pizza and got an upside down one. Now I understand if that’s the way you do things but if someone is calling in an order you should probably state this is what you do. Not everyone has ordered from your place or familiar with your pizza’s. When we called back to get something different we had a very rude person say “this is what we do I don’t know what to tell you”nExtremely poor customer service and we requested a refund but was told you don’t give refunds. Do I have to leave a poor review to receive one?

Pizza was good but check your order before you pay. When I got home it was the wrong pizza even though I told the kid at the counter what I ordered. This is the second time this has happened to us.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN... 4 HOURS LATER AND REPLACEMENT NOT RECEIVED FOR AN ITEM CLEARLY MESSED UP ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE ORDERED. GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS BEYOND RUDE AND YES I GOT RUDE ONLY AFTER HE A.) TRIED TALKING OVER ME B.) GAVE A POOR EXCUSE AS TO WHY MY REPLACEMENT WASNT DELIVERED..I TOLD HIM SOME CHOICE WORDS AND HE THEN ESCALATED AND YELLED BACK OVER THE PHONE AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I NEEDED TO SEEK COUNSELING AND SLEEP ON THE FACT THAT THE SUB DID NOT HAVE LETTUCE... FOH SMH!

I order pizza and wings from these guys at least once a month on the weekends. Not only are they very nice and professional on the phone but their food is awesome. The delivery is very fast as well. Thank you and all your staff for doing an excellent job!
