Domino's pizza

When ordering from this Domino's on New Years eve they messed up my Gluten Free pizza by putting some brownie dessert in its place. I understand a mistake. After calling them they said they would give me a free one next time I order. Called today 01/30/21 to make sure they would still honor that. Instead I received a very rude response basically refusing to honor that request. Guess I'll drive farther away to get my Domino's pizza or will stop purchasing from them altogether.

Usually get delivery. Drivers are very friendly, helpful and professional.

Ordered online and as I was receiving messages of the process of my order, I seen my pizza went right in the oven at 4:47. Then I get a text at 4:52 says it was done. At 5:18 it was sent out for delivery. At 5:25 I get a message that said your food has been delivered and enjoy!! It wasn't delivered to my house, I'm thinking .. are you for real!! Now I get the number and call, by now its 5:35, kid answers like he talking to his friends, I tell him it was not delivered to my house.. he says it's on way.. I waited another 10 mins before the driver came!! My pizza sat for an hour before receiving it and was cold as hell.. wont do that again for a $35 order!!

I have been ordering from Dominos across several states over many years. This one is the worst one so far. Pizza was cold when it was delivered 35 minutes after the quality check and the toppings were a joke. A 10 inch hand tossed with enough toppings to maybe cover 4 inches of it. Sad....truely sad. Won't be ordering from this Dominos anymore.

I ordered delivery and pizza came pretty cold, ordered some other stuff like drinks and sauces and never received them waited over 3 hours. Had to call for a refund which they wouldn’t give me because my girlfriend began to eat the pizza after waiting a couple of hours. I gave the guy a nice tip because it wasn’t his fault but management is horrible I called, and First person hung up then when they finally came to give me my refund they wouldn’t give me anything including my drinks or sauces because the pizza was partially eaten. The pizza was 5 dollars and I pretty much gave them 15 dollars to not give me my stuff and have a horrible time with them. Would never recommend ordering from this dominos, delivery driver is nice but all and all I wouldn’t waste money here and I hope you don’t too.
