I bought my first car from Midtown about 2 weeks ago. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and their service was excellent. Before I drove it home, I wanted some marks on the back of the car to be buffed up so they wouldn't be seen. When I picked it up, it was like a brand new car. It looked very clean, and you could hardly tell there were any marks on the car to begin with, they had simply vanished. I am very happy with my Rogue and definitely recommend Midtown for a pleasant car-buying experience!

I got a Hyundai accent from here and the service was great! I looked at the car Saturday and they had to inspect it so I picked it up Monday. I was in a hurry and they got everything done quickly for me. They even put gas in it before I picked it up! I felt the owner gave me a fair price and was easy to talk to. Only had the car one day but so far so good. (If anything changes I'll update this review)

I bought a 2004 Toyota rav 4 a year ago.....yes a 2004 and I have only put the smallest amount of money into it. The service here is awesome and it was done in one day...including the inspection and oil change. This is a group that will work with you no matter the issue so go see them...tell them jen sent you.

I bought a 2009 Dodge Dakota with 47000 miles. When I looked at it , and test drove it there was nothing wrong with it. I made a trip to Florida in it, came back and broke down in North Carolina, where I had to take it to a garage. They found out that I needed another rear end . They put it in, and couldn't understand why a truck with that low milage would break down. I got back to NY and made an appointment to have my oil changed and told them to tighten up the steering and found out it needs two tirods and further looking they found out the frame was rotted and needed care but it wouldn't pass inspection. Now I still owe seven thousand on it. I will never go there again for a vehicle.

I’ve never bought a car before so I went in with next to no knowledge and Derek was extremely helpful. The process was quick and painless and everything was explained to me as we went through it. I would definitely recommend anyone to go through Midtown Autoworld if you’re looking for an affordable car that is worth the money. I tried other dealerships before coming here and nobody could get me approved due to my credit not being the best and Midtown Autoworld got me approved on the first try. 10/10 would recommend!
