I normally don't write reviews - But, when it comes to shopping for a vehicle, an honest review can make all the difference.nnMy experience with Upstate was wonderful - My Sales Associate was Rick Reed, who I highly recommend.nnI was given honest, helpful, and considerate service. No hustle and bustle - I said what I wanted and they worked with me to accomplish my goal beyond my expectations.nnAfter I purchased a vehicle - Upstate kept in contact to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and that all was well.nnI don't want to seem over-zealous. but I gave 5 stars because they earned it -nnThe only thing I could critique, is that I would have liked the vehicle to have been a little cleaner, but I'm a clean freak, and that's really reaching out there.nnUpstate's great - If you're thinking about buying a vehicle, don't hesitate to go there, you won't be sorry!

We are buying our first truck and Keith at upstate has made our experience buying a truck an amazing one !! He took care of us and went out of his way to make sure we were happy!! We got an amazing deal and Keith is very personable , This was the first time we have ever had an experience like this when buying a Vehicle at a car dealer !!! I would recommend anybody buying used or new go see Keith at upstate Chevy !
