I wish I could rate this service a zero. I called their company inquiring about a bill for my mother, and the woman, Barb, was incredibly rude. She spoke over me and down to me. She would interrupt and insinuated that I was not intelligent and that I should have paid the bill from 2015.nnSounds like she needs a new career where she doesn't have to deal with people and needs to stay up to date on her billing.nnMy mother is now in collections because of her incompetence and non-compliance.nnI wish anyone luck who has to deal with this woman... I truly feel bad and if I was a doctors office, I would consider a new biller.nnWORST SERVICE AND BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I forgot to mention she hung up on me and when I called the office to speak with the secretary, the secretary stated that Barb had called her to warn her that I would be calling.nnI didn't know paying my mother's bill and asking questions as to why it wasn't mailed to us or hasn't been inquired about since 2015 would lead to so much drama.
