For the third time I had called to have one pharmacy item put with my prescription to pick up in the drive thru. For the 3rd time it wasn't there. Now I have to make a special trip to it and I really needed it tonight. Why do they offer to do this if they aren't going to do it? My special trip to get this won't be to rite aid. The most irresponsible pharm techs. Ill be looking for another pharmacy because of this staff.
I have never had any place be as close to family as the crew from Rite Aid in Hoquiam! So convenient too! Thank you so much!
