I purchased a 2014 Ford Transit from this dealership last week. Andrew, as well as the owner, were very professional and easy to work with. The Transit was sold at a very fair price and I was able to drive it off the lot sooner than expected. Overall, it was a very pleasant and stress-free purchase with a friendly staff.

Saw an ad on their site in September. Bought a truck from them, then not even hours later ad was permanently removed( had details of the truck what was done to it and ect.) but mind you there are cars that say sold on there and have been for months. The original lot on Southwestern manager / owner whatever very rude acting bothered when an issue came up with the truck when he finally made time to see the truck the warranty was almost up. Then I didn’t want to deal with that person. I decided to go to their Alden location and same deal just more run arounds it’s not this it’s that I fixed this but it wasn’t even fixed. And getting the manager/ owner whatever to call u back forget it. End result my truck is kinda of a lemon but I guess I’ve learned my lesson!

My son bought a car from this dealer almost 2 months ago. Couple days after bringing the car home there was a major oil leak. Took it back and they kept it almost a week. Said couldn't find anything. They clean the engine. Picked it up. Couple days later still leaking oil. Took it back had it about a week. This time replaced value cover. Same routine. Took home still leaking. Took to our mechanic just to look at it. Called the dealer said it was leaking and where. Made an important they said they would fix it even though it was past the 30 days. When he took it to them they thought it was fixed. They accused my son of lying about it. My ex went with my son and the guy Andy started yelling at my son and my ex and kicked them off the property and threaten to call the police. This place shouldn't be in business. These ppl take advantage of ppl. All they care about is selling cars and not fixing the problem.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the DMV's inspections bureau this week...As well as have the inspection verified...nnBought an suv for my wife from them... Before we got the vehicle we were told the tires would be replaced, breaks, and alinment would be done and the humming would be checked out more then likely a wheel bearing... Simple fix and would be ready to go when we picked it up... Since day 1 it needed work - tires, wheel bearing, alinment, breaks .... Vehicle should of never passed inspection with the tires being as worn out as they were (at the Tread wear Indicator Bars)... Dropped it off once and they had it for 2 weeks the only thing they fixed were the breaks... I call every week and have been told I will get a call back to schedule a date to fix the vehicle... Now a month later and calling every week still no answer back... At this point I will be reaching out to the Attorney General's consumer help line to find out what I can do to resolve the issues and or return the vehicle...nnWhats insaulting is the fact that my story is right... And not once have I spoken to anyone who identified as the owner... Only a woman and some tech who told me the owner would call me back and not once has anyone called me back... I will be stopping in to get copies of the reciepts for the work you so called did to the vehicle... If the wheel bearing was replaced them why is the vehicle humming the whole time its driven... If the alinment was done why is the stearing wheel pulling to the right... As far as having the dealer plate for to long your sales rep handled the dmv paperwork, not me... We provided everything that he told us to provide... you have made one attempt to fix this vehicle... The excuse was covid and parts not avaiable and would call me back... Just the fact that your throwing shade at the customer shows more than anything...
