Moving can be an extremely stressful process, but one thing I did not have to worry about was where to store my important belongings. From the moment I first visited Guardian Self Storage, Scott was helpful and provided me with ample information to make the best decision for my storage needs. He was patient with me in answering all of my questions and always offered extra information to help me out! I felt well-prepared for moving day and have already gone back one more time to store more belongings, each visit was easy and issue-free. Thank you, Scott, for helping make a stressful life change just a bit easier! It was a pleasure working with you.

I initally had storage at another Guardian location, and needed to rent a truck. The website gave me issues through multiple attempts. However, in dealing with manager Scott over the phone, he was able to give me all of the informaton I needed, and helped me during my move making. When I first arrived he was very pleasant and had all of my paperwork ready to go. As someone who has moved several times including Colorado and back to New York, having someone capable of making it a pleasant experience during a stressful time makes a huge difference. Thanks Scott, for your professionalism and kindness.

Outstanding Customer Service!!nI recently had to arrange for refuse disposal and to increase my storage space due to an impending move. Scott the Manager made a very stressful time a lot easier. He went above and beyond in taking the time to answer my many questions, and guide me smoothly through the process and paperwork to move from one unit to another. The facility is clean, extremely well-kept, and pricing is competitive. Whether you call, or come to the office, you are always greeted by courteous, knowledgeable staff.
