Store is always very clean and tidy. I've had issues with website ordering but they took care of it for me.

Can I give no stars please?nManager was extremely rude to me (and in front of my child). I was being nice. She should never speak to a customer that way and use those words to a customer.nCan someone please do something about that manager? as she is all over this store's reviews.nI'll be calling the corporate office and then my lawyer.nI felt that I was reverse discriminated against (as I am Caucasian). I have never felt that before.

I love the clothes, pricing, and benefits of being a card holder. However the staff in this particular store need to be replaced. I have never seen such a poor demeanor working in a store with the public and especially a children's store. You can be as respectful and kind as can be but the staff seems to dislike every customer. Now, I know it's not me as I stood there and witnessed the negative interactions with every single customer ahead of me. Also to read the reviews for the Poughkeepsie NY store gives more confirmation.

So first of all we went inside of here and my phone didn’t have a proper mask on but the lady who is short with brown hair constantly harass her about her mask even though they had a full box of mass is at the register and could’ve at any time told her or tell her she could’ve had a mask she didn’t even ask us if we needed any help just kept talking about pull up your mask horrible service nasty employees

My order was sent to an address in Florida and I live in New York. I tried several times to get Children Place to cooperate with me to retrieve my items but they refused to help. There customer service is extremely awful. Now I lost $155.22..n.the amount I paid for my order. I would never ever recommend Children Place to even my worst enemies....I will never ever buy anything from them again.....especially online. The only reason why they received a one star is because that's the only way I could write this review. They are the ones who made the mistake of sending my order to Florida....now I will have to suffer the consequences. Worst place to shop ever....I'm planning to sue them...
