The place for all party supplies. Very courteous staff members. They did a great job with my party balloons.

The associates are very kind and helpful.

I witnessed a staff member be rude to a customer for a late balloon pickup that was not associated with this individual. Feeling like a donkey, this co-worker or possible manager, tried to cover her rude unnecessary remarks by offering this customer candy. What a joke. Also, when I arrived to the Ballon counter, the male behind the counter although the interaction was okay, he did not greet me when I arrived, and did not utilize good customer service skills when I departed. 11/18/20

Great selection! A little pricey but it is one stop shopping. They have everything!
