Goodwill NYNJ Store & Donation Center

Very spacious Goodwill that's very clean and well organized. Staff are very friendly and kind and will make a point of telling you about special deals that may or may not be obvious throughout the store. I always find many hidden gems here.

Came here to drop off donations at 9. Women came out to the door and told me they don’t open until 10. I asked if she could just take the bag of cloths inside. She said she can’t and that I would be fined if I left it by the door. If she had an ounce of politeness in her voice I probably would’ve just assumed she wasn’t allowed to take it in. Because she was rude I fee like she couldn’t be bothered. I hope she finds a job she likes soon...

On my lunch break. Found some cute shirts and cool little storage container. Waited in line and 22 minutes later. Really... I left and left everything. Come on... really

The only thing I wish is that we could try on or exchange. Covid weight changes messing with me and I don't even know if what I bought will fit, and I'm stuck with it. But, the place is clean, well organized, and friendly staff.

Limited hours for drop off of items. If you don't drop off early you'll be turned away because they reach their capacity. Some items they will only take if it's factory sealed and brand new. Nasty disposition of employees :(
