I went in not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, thinking it was out of our price range. Melissa took the time to give us all the options and wasn't pushy. I ended up getting a brand new Toyota Highlander that I LOVE & it was affordable. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked & was set up properly. Due to their friendly and welcoming spirits, I will definitely be visiting Melissa and Rob for any future motor vehicle purchase. Rob was also very helpful with finalizing our purchase. He made sure that we received the best rate on our loan. I even went back to have my automatic starter installed and had to go say hello to Melissa. I highly recommend this location. It was a pleasure doing business with them both.

Update - The repair center does solid work and are friendly.nnThe folks are polite and the car is solid. Just make sure you have a knowledgeable salesperson. Some are not as savvy as others and not all options can be added later to certain models. For example, if you want the remote connect app, the hardware must be factory installed and can not be added because the upgrades are attached to the VIN number. We found out the hard way. So yes, you can add whatever you want but the software may not acknowledge the upgrades due to the production records. This information came straight from Toyota support. We love our car but we would have paid for those items upfront in hind sight. It was not our best shopping experience when buying a new car and we are still learning about our car from YouTube. ud83eudd28

Hassle-free buying process, was able to get the exact car I wanted at a great price. Also the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The people are nice enough and I don’t blame them. I’ve literally sat here 90 minutes and when the finally call me , it’s only to try and upsell me and tell me they will have me out of here soon. 90 minutes and they are just getting h to my car... and it’s every time . Last visit. What’s worse , I’m sure they hold their sales people to a dollar amount of up sales and you think I’m going to have you do more work on my car so I can spend 2-3 hours there? If I make an appointment I should be in and out 45 minutes tops
