I went to this place looking for a car and couldn’t have left happier. The entire staff is incredible. Caleb, Andrea, everyone. The owner Jacob spent a long time walking around the lot with me helping me figure out exactly what was best for me. No pressure at all. I’ve bought many cars over the years and this was by far my best car buying experience. They have their own service center and will bend over backwards to take care of any problems you might have. If you’re looking for a used car this is the place to go.
Just purchased a car from them and my experience couldn’t have been better than ever the quality of cars they have are great. The owner Jacob so nice and attentive not pushy at all and Caleb the guy who got me the financing I needed was great very attentive and always there to answer any questions I had kept in touch with me every step of the way. This is a dealership that really cares about there customers and I definitely will go back and recommend people to go there.

The people at performance motors are absolutely amazing!! From Jacob, Kim, Caleb and Ruth they made me feel welcome and a part of their family. So I am writing a review but I never purchased a car here but I had a great experience with Caleb, the finance girl and the owner. I had a deal brewing at a dealership down in Cortland Manor but the car I wanted had an issue and they couldn't do the financing until the car was ready, so I went to performance as a backup plan and they presented three or four cars to me and got me approved, they did need a larger down payment because of my credit history and that's what held me up for a few extra days and the other car came through. But I would definitely recommend this place because I didn't even buy a car from them and they treated me with courtesy and respect during the entire time even when I told them I purchased a car somewhere else they wish me luck and I told them I would definitely let people know about the great service they provided.
