I recently went to Nissan because my lease was due to expire, as always I had the BEST experience! The wonderful Adam Kane helped me get into the car I’ve been wanting for a long time! He has the best personality I can literally sit there all day and talk to him and laugh! He’s extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone looking to buy or lease a car from Nissan. Thank you Adam I absolutely love my new Pathfinder!!

I have been having an issue getting my check engine light off for an inspection and needed a computer update. The associate was professional and friendly and made for a pleasant experience. I finally got the issue fix and it was done pretty quick! Very happy with my recent service

We were originally just coming to the dealership to start looking for a used car. We made an appointment to go and look at some used cars then when we got there we were greeted by Adam Kane our sales rep who spent the time with us to truly and honestly explain our best options with us. And with Adam's help we were able to leave a few hours later with our brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra. A big shout out to everyone who work at Poughkeepsie Nissan from Tom the customer care manager and Adam our sales rep and the man who went over the loan paperwork work with us. You guys made us feel comfortable and like we were part of your family. Thank you guys so much for the amazing experience!!!

They were nice got straight to the point. Sometimes negotiations got a little delayed and takes some time but can definitely break good deals out of these guys that way everyone is happy on both ends. Reasonable laid back good energy bunch a guys.

All was going well with the sales rep but I was very disappointed with everything else. The financial portion was inconsistent. I couldn’t believe that the current Lon company Hudson Valley denied me when I am in good standing lying my monthly car note. TED asking for a $5000 cash up front was ridiculous. Vince was very helpful. The financial institutes were unfair.nnI was there for car maintenance and the service part was horrible. I felt I wasn’t treated fairly. Customer service on this part was not compassionate.
