I received a pair of merino wool socks from this store for Christmas. After the first or second wash the socks had a hole in toe which seemed to be due to a defect in the toe stitching. I thought that since these appeared to be high quality socks from a store that intentionally curates its selection, that it was an issue that the store would be eager to remedy. I was wrong. The employee was dismissive, combative and unhelpful and I was sent away with a worthless pair of month-old defective $25 socks. I’d like to see small businesses thrive, but only if they appreciate their customers and stand behind the quality of their products.

Love the edit here. Everything feels really special and well thought out. The space is really nice to browse and the staff is really knowledgeable. Definitely worth checking out if you like minimalist yet utilitarian clothing. The pantry was just opening up, but has a similarly strong selection of items that you wouldn’t find in your typical grocery store.

This is posh outdoor. Great stuff but if your looking for high tech. Outdoor this is not the place.

Very cute store. Nice sweaters and winter coats. Very cute pantry and kitchen items downstairs.
