Very nice they were quick and they explain every step they r doing clearly and work with you if you dont understand this was my first year going to them glad i did and i will be continueing going.

I’m very disappointed. I agreed to let them file my taxes for me at a fee of $395 dollars, they led me to believe that this was the only way to get the pre-approved loan. I had a federal refund of over $8k, coming to me, they only loaned $750 against it. You only find out what the loan amount it AFTER, they get you to sign up for their services.nTheir website suggests they will loan up to $3500, very deceiving.nNext, the IRS received my filing on 2/13/21, as of 3/15/21, I have not yet gotten my federal return.nI called the H&R Block office in Norwich, they said there is not way they can help me and nothing they can do.nI wasted $395, I could of just done it for $14, myself. Huge mistake, I’ll never use them again.
