Yenney Storage

The guy that owns this business is a terrible person! To start off, he doesn't ask for any paperwork, and only accepts cash, which has to be done off the storage property. All his cameras have been taken down by him, then he leaves the main gate open, having no staff at all to maintain safety of the units. If a person goes to their storage unit on a daily, they are then accused of living in it! My wife and I have personal knowledge of him having his units broke into, for insurance purposes. The units are made as so they are easily gotten into from 1 unit to the other (meaning, there is only press board, seperating the units). We paid almost $60.00 for a month, and in the middle of the month, he changed the lock code to the gate, and claimed that soap lake police called him and said we were living in our storage unit. We know this to be a lie, because we spoke with SPD and they knew nothing about his claim! He also claimed that SPD told him that there was suspicious activity going on during the day. Again, Soap Lake Police assured us that he was lying. Because we were homeless, and utilized our unit daily, to change out our dirty clothing, for clean clothing, he said he didn't want to rent a storage to us any longer, and that we needed to have the unit empty of our belongings, by the 1st of the month. He is an insurance fraudster and needs his business shut down.

I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the units and outside. They have good security and prices are comparable with other storage places.
