Time Out pizza

Always a smile with your service. I eat there a couple times a month, before covid every Sunday after church when the basic but very good salad bar was up. Good family place with lots of room and a few games to put quarters into that arent so loud so you can have a conversation while the kiddos play.

The food was good for a while with new owners but has since gone down hill. Went for a work lunch and about half of us ended up sick. Have given Time Out to many changes. This is the last time and I would advise anyone who goes there to reconsider, bring pizza from home from a reputable restaurant. Don't let this place poison you with poor food quality dirty environment and subpar service.

It was disgusting. The salad bar was great till I had some marinara sauce with cheese sticks. Then everything I ate after that was disgusting. I then got sick and couldn't eat anything else the rest of the night. The waitress was rude acted as if we were a burden. Husband got the runs the rest of the night. Would rather have eaten at McDonald's, and I don't like eating there either.

Pizza was burnt. Both burgers were wrong. Not built as listed on the menu, patties felt extremely dry. As if they were over cooked then left to sit on the counter. Called to make a complaint over inedible food, was told they have received multiple reports that night but a manger would call soon. Still waiting 4+ weeks later for the manager to call. We were told that “they don’t ever work here”. Eventually we’re able to receive a credit (not from the manager). Wanted to order more burgers “sorry, our grill is closed”. Hours before closing. Asked what time they close the grill “When the cooks are slow they’ll shut them off for the night. They shut grills off 2 hours before closing on the weekend if you’re looking for a late dinner.nnI don’t know what happened. This place has been amazing for years and years. Hopefully it’s just a bump and they turn around.

Really good pizza. The all meat pizza was awesome, piled with meat.
