Had 3 units and an RV parking spot over the past year. Best storage I have used anywhere. Not a hint of rodents or water leaking. Units have tall ceilings and the rows of units at well separated. When it came time to move the 53 ft plus tractor trailer had no problem entering and leaving. Trish, the manager, was very helpful and courteous throughout our rental period. Even our movers were impressed with the units and they see a lot of them.
Trisha was amazing! She was adamant about going over all the little details and making sure I got the best deal I could! Some of the new lines in the agreement I'm not fond of but if not for her helping and walking me though this place wouldn't have my business!

I had very sudden need for storage almost 2 years ago. The very first place I thought of was Prime. I was a basket case and they were wonderful, very nice and ready to help. That day I had a unit and could put the stuff in it. And when my bank changed our debit cards to chip cards and we were issued new numbers they called me right away when the old card didn't work. I didn't just get hit with a late fee or chargeback like a lot of businesses do. I highly recommend them to anyone with storage needs. They have a lot of different sizes to chose from. I highly recommend them!
