10/10 would not recommend this place. There have been break ins left and right at multiple locations, the people are shady and hard to get ahold of. I had my unit broken into and it took them at least a week to notice. The people that broke in took at least $4000 worth of things, and Sparebox basically told me I was SOL because I didn’t have insurance, even though they apparently require insurance? Obviously not. Then they advertise SAFE storage, but have no “working” security cameras. And they leave the access gate open until midnight? Screams “rob me”, in my opinion. This place was so much better when it was 603 Storage, whom I contacted to verify that they security cameras hardwares were actually pulled. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. Choose another place.

I have rented the same unit for about 7 years. In all that time I never had a problem. There are cameras everywhere. In fact there are 3 cameras alone that face my particular unit. The best part is that the cameras are monitored. The owners are very nice and have always been accessible to me. I would definitely recommend 603 storage in Rochester, NH

Prices keep going up. I think it's time to move on from here and get something cheaper. They lock you out as soon as you get the 1st late payment notice. However you pay it off n no rush to unlock your unit unless you call. Not happy here.

Great place to store your car, or whatever you don’t have room for. Safe, reasonably priced and great customer service! I would use them again for sure.
