This facility was nice when it was 603 Storage. However, it’s become terrible after Spare Box acquired. I’ve tried numerous times to set up autopay like I had with 603 Storage. However, the system with Spare Box is not working. I recently had my unit locked out. No notice, no phone call. Nothing! I’ve never had a late payment before. Totally ridiculous. Again, I had tried to set up autopay with my credit card. The system said it was, but obviously it was not. It was extremely hard and took a lot of time to get a hold of customer service to get their lock removed. I don’t recommend this facility at all. I’m trying to find a family owned facility in the area.

Just clean and well kept!! Everyone has been so nice and friendly. I have rented with 603 when we were moving amazing service.nnOur nonprofit organization just did a toy event and they donate a large storage unit to us free of charge for 2 months!!nnDefinitely 5 stars!!
Great Storage Facility and convenient location. My stuff stayed clean and dry while I was in transition from one home to another. was super easy to rent the unit and the owners were accommodating.
I'd say the best storage around. But I might be biased! Lol...
