Friendly staff, food only so so.
There was a long wait to get a table. The food was good and it didn't take too long to come out. The wait staff was great and very nice. I am guessing that they are currently under staffed.
I wish I could give 0 stars... we were here about 2 weeks ago. We were seated fairly quick and were surprised when our food came out within just a few minutes, that’s where the good ended. My order was completely wrong, but the waitress never came back to check on us and see how everything was. We finally flagged down the manager who took my plate and said she would take care of it. 45 minutes later, hubby finished eating and I still have no food.. no one ever came to see why he was eating and I wasn’t..we had to have another waitress get the manager who took the order off of our bill..no one ever apologized! I sent in a review to their website and never even got a response (they were not busy, but as a table of 2 versus a table of 7...the waitress was clearly more interested in the table she was going to make more money off of).
Excellent service. Food was good too. Really inexpensive for a quick breakfast.
I ordered biscuits and gravy, I got the biscuits but I couldn’t find the gravy. The minuscule amount made me believe there was none.nMy daughters pancake split in half due to being undercooked, it was also supposed to have whipped cream and chocolate chips. There’s just one chocolate chip in the whole pancake.nAt this time I do not recommend the Rochester IHop.
