What can you say everybody's working on a shoestring
SAFETY CONCERNnnWent in to pick up a door dash order, although there was a wet floor sign, there was an absurd amount of soap and water on the floor. Upon leaving I inevitably slipped and slammed my hip & head on the floor. Kayla was extremely nice and seemed genuinely concerned, while other employees seemed burdened by the incident.
I went by after work about 11:30 pm. Staff was very pleasant and took my order. I waited a few minutes and got a hot meal. Worth waiting the extra couple if minutes.
I ordered from different location than I thought I did and was rewarded with outstanding customer service when I (finally) arrived - I'm very happy to call this my local BK ud83dude01
This location is incapable of preparing your order correctly. Food is fine. Staff is pleasant. They simply are unable to complete your order as requested. You will need to open your bag and review each item every time while holding up the lengthy drive-thru line in order to receive your correct order
