Ordered 3 subs and mozzarella sticks for delivery. The person on the phone sounded like she did not want to be there when asked how long she said soon. 2 hours later the person pulls in our driveway sits there for a minute then drives away. Called them to see what was up, lady said oh they forgot the mozzarella sticks. Guy came back says nothing just hands us the food. Mozzarella sticks ice cold, our steak tip sub way over cooked. Not happy at all.
The ordering was simple, online which I always like. The delivery was wicked fast, tipped way more than I should have. The pizza was horrible. I ordered a lg 1/2 cheese and 1/2 green pepper and onion with light sauce. I get it and open it and immediately I see regular if not extra sauce with what seems like light cheese. The onion and pepper half are barely cooked like thrown on as an afterthought. I ordered there because I was told by a friend they had good thick greasy cheese which was what I was looking for. This is a sorry excuse for a pizza and once again highly disappointed with rochester pizza.

The first few times I ate here everything was great. Last time I ordered they completely forgot one of my items, then made me come pick it up. Mistakes happen so I didn't think much of it, but in retrospect they should have sent out a delivery driver due to it being their mistake. I ordered again today and paid for what is usually a full roll of cheesy garlic bread (about $6) but received a half roll instead. I understand this was likely another mistake but this is essentially petty theft. It's a shame they're so inconsistent because the food itself is great.
Great taste, cooked just right, exactly what I asked for. Delivered faster than expected, super friendly & polite driver.
