High marks to JS Automotive for replacing my tire after a highway breakdown. I have been coming to Eastman for years and never needed assistance in the past . I strongly recommend JS Automotive. I was struck by their kindness, service and availability.
Went to get a bolt removed from my hard top because I had a seized bolt. I called ahead and Sue let me know someone should be able to take care of it. (She was very nice and didn’t charge for the service) but the man, David who stormed out of the garage walking right passed us to my Jeep without even acknowledging me, opening my door not even knowing what side the bolt was on was very off putting. He didn’t speak a single word even when my husband was trying to tell him what the problem was. Just very unprofessional in my opinion. Both of my parents take their vehicles here and they will not be doing so after the experience we had today. Thank you Sue for being nice and accommodating I appreciate it - maybe some nicer staff would be better for your business.

When my tire went flat on 89 we pulled off at this exit and into the first gas station we saw, who thankfully directed us to call JS Automotive. We spoke to Joel, who immediately offered to come over and help us change our flat. He changed it so quickly, then had us drive over so he could check the air in all of our tires and didn’t charge us anything (don’t worry, we tipped him!). Joel was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend JS Automotive!
