I recently had an State inspection performed on my car at the Rochester, NH Midas. Once the inspection was completed they told me that I had some issues. First, they told me that all 4 struts needed to be replaced and are causing my tires to wear improperly. They also said that I needed new spark plugs too. The total cost would be around $2000. I told them that I would have my mechanic take a look. I just had my mechanic inspect what Midas was telling me. My mechanic told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I'm sorry your company and workers are a bunch of crooks. I will never bring my car here again.

I've never had a bad experience here. We bring our personal vehicles and our business vehicles there. and they have always been honest and reasonable with their prices.

When my tire indicator light went on I stopped by only they were closed..yet I learned how much compassion they do have when they opened up a bay and checked and added air to all my tires...I recommend any garage or business that takes care of your car to help promote safe driving even when you are not a customer..Thankyou much appreciated Rhonda
