I love this place... Tyler and his crew here have gone above and beyond to give me good service. I have to be honest , my first experience I did have a small issue but come to find out they were training someone who has since worked on my vehicle and is now one of their best. Here is the thing.. they were upfront about the error and have gone out of their way to correct it. Thats the type of service I love and they are fast. I get in and out and when i have an appointment they take my car in immediately.. I highly recommend this location..
These guys rock! Always excellent and friendly service. They treat you so well even when you come back with questions about your vehicle time and time again. I won't go anywhere else!
I called CODY this morning about 10:00 AM to mount and balance 2 tires and to see if I could make a appointment the same day. After a brief conversationnwith CODY, he told me that I could bring my vehicle in at 1 PM. I arrived at 12:50, checked in and at 1 PM my vehicle was in the bay. I had read many reviews about this business and, like most of us that have waited hours after our scheduled appointment, I still reflected on the positive reviews. I could not believe my vehicle was done in 25 minutes. I thanked CODY again and he was very appreciative of my thoughts of my experience. went there this morning to check out and possibly purchase four truck tires for my GMC 2500. They provided me with a great quote, and got the tires put on right away with no wait. When I picked up the truck I noticed that my hubcaps one of them was missing, so I called he said it was probably there so I went back. They did not find it, I believe that the tech that placed my tires on Broke the hubcap and instead of being honest with me he lied right to my face. will not be using again.
I am new to rochester area. I found this place in google. I had a great deal on tires. I really needed a good pair of tires and they provided me. Service was awesome.
