This is my 4th Hyundai I have purchased through Somersworth Hyundai. The experience is always consistent and stress free. Our cars salesman Chase was very knowledgeable and professional. The general manager Matt was also helpful and very fair throughout the buying process. Cassie (sales) and Kendall (finance) were both extremely friendly and helpful as well. The entire staff truly was a pleasure to work with.nnI will continue to purchase my vehicles through Somersworth Hyundai. If you are thinking about buying a car save yourself the stress/anxiety and go to Somersworth Hyundai.

As a first time new car buyer, I was incredibly nervous heading in to the dealership unsure of what I wanted, what I could afford, and if my need could be met. I was absolutely blown away by the knowledge and understanding of the salesman and manager I worked with to make sure I was buying the car for me AND something in my price range. I am so incredibly satisfied and happy with my vehicle and the customer service I experienced.

Purchased a 15 Hyundai Santa Fe sport back in August and it’s now February. I have noticed a decent amount of oil consumption and lots of smoke coming from exhaust. I’ve called the dealer and asked if there’s anything they can do to help me out and they refuse. Now this could be piston ring damage which is a pretty big job and very costly. This business doesn’t care what condition a car is in, as long as they make a sale. I highly recommend a different car company because this one doesn’t want you in a reliable car. That want you in a car that you will force you to keep coming back to spend more money. I also called them a couple days after purchasing about a headlight, brakes and dry rot and all four tires. They told me they would replace headlight but not brakes or tires because they all passed “spec” and was safe to drive. This place is HORRIBLE.

Nice enough cars but they get your hopes up and their financial department makes no sense. To buy 1 had to put down 1/2 the cost but another was a small fraction of the cost. Follow up email to say they really want us happy and come back in and they will work with you is bull.. Just an auto email that means they want to play with you some more. Found a car I love elsewhere. No games either
