I want to thank Heidi for her help the other day . My experience in convenience stores is usually not that convenient . I had a few questions about a product and Heidi was more than willing to help out . I also have to compliment her in that she didn't just ignore the customer she was with , still acknowledged I was there , and helped me out with my question as soon as she completed her transaction .nComing from a retail position myself and I really appreciate great customer service .
