I would give the management 5 stars for being helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately I am removing one star (and giving a heads up to readers here) about their policy of not refunding partial month's rent when vacating the space early. In my case, I paid $95 for three days of storage. I'm sure this was in the contract and accept that I missed it, but it really doesn't help someone who needs storage on a periodic basis. I am removing another star for having contacted them about the issue and not receiving a response back.
Company was not prepared for my pick up and waited an hour to redo reservation. The manager put the wrong key aside and no other keys available but 3 trucks outside. The customer service person did a great job of recovery.
Great experience renting from Right Space. Jose was friendly and helpful, showed me the perfect unit and went through the paperwork quickly.
They are very easy to do buisiness with. I never had a problem with storage breakin or water damage and Jose who manages the mohawk dr. Property handles himself in a very professional manner.Thanks
Conveniently located off of Nashua Road. Good pricing. Many drive up units. Jose was very helpful setting up the account for my new unit.
