Hands down the most friendly and helpful tellers out all the banks and credits unions I've dealt with.
Met a high up at the company. Told me to apply for a loan and that they have good rates etc. (obv I know he doesn’t approve loans) I just bought a house and have a 700+ credit score and looking to refinance my car that’s at an 8.9 interest rate and they declined me. I have a 100% payment history. A bank elsewhere will collect my interest. Not recommended
Not handicap accessible unless you are in a wheel chair. I have pulmanary hypertention and heart failure. With dr orders to not do stairs but when i asked to use the elevator i was rold it is only for people in wheelchairs. This was at the branch on north main street in Rochester nh.
I was having trouble with my account. Someone in the local bank was able to calm my fears and help me fix my mistake. I love this bank! Thank you for employing such considerate staff.
