Our family has dined in or ordered take out for over 10 years and the food is always good. Tonight for New Years Eve I called in at 4:30 for a 6:00pm pick up. After 1 hrs and 15 minutes in a super long pick up line we picked up our food which then was cold. I asked if there was a discount off my $126 bill for being so late and now cold, he said coldly no...with no apology.nnUnfortunately they had extremely bad planning and expediting for food tonight. Little did any of the 40+ people in line know how long the wait was going to be, but there were a lot of unhappy, unappreciated customers that walked out with cold food, those at least that didn't leave. I wanted to support a local small business so I didn't just leave, but hindsight paying $126 for a cold dinner- should have.nnJay house, you should offer an apology for your customers that supported you at the very least! Most people in line were joking what a New Years Eve to spend time freezing in line outside, typical for not the best 2020!
The quality seems to be going downhill. Used to be so much better
I'm going to give you another chance but the tuna was not fresh. I'll update review then.
I've been here hundreds of times throughout 3 different name changes. The negative reviews are either very rare circumstances, or complete lies, I guarantee that. They're by far the best Asian restaurant in NH.
I love Jay house .. Hands down best Chinese food around
