Came across Paul’s shop while searching Google for an alignment shop close to the concord/bow area. I saw the glowing and consistent 5 star reviews and decided to call. I spoke with Paul on the phone and he was great. He told me to bring my truck in the next morning and that he would check it out and give me an honest price. He even offered me a ride back to my work that is about a half mile away. I didn’t need the ride but still what a great guy. I dropped the truck off and he finished his first job and got right on mine. Had it done and ready to pick up within an hour or so and for a very reasonable price. The truck rides great and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Paul for your honesty, integrity, professionalism, and quick but quality work. Will be recommending you to everyone! Thanks again Dave

Went into ntb tires and had them align my truck. It took them 2 times to even get it kinda close to where it needed to be.. went to Paul's and the truck drives better than ive ever felt it
