Recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Extreme Machines. They went above and beyond to providing my car with the best performance. This business is outstanding in both their knowledge of Subaru automobiles and customer service. I would absolutely recommend this business to potential Subaru buyers and required maintenance. They keep an outstanding sales lot and treat customers with respect and importance.

Great place to buy or service your car.

Good service is hard to find in this day and age. As a newer driver, it's common place to show up to a shop and have the employees sell you up everything wrong with your car. When we got my Forester, it came with a recommendation that the only shop it should ever go to is Extreme Machines. We listened and brought it in before buying it to find out anything that could be wrong with it. Dave immediately recognized the car, and walked us through the whole thing.nnA year later and any time anything is wrong we bring it here. They've saved us at this point literally 700 dollars compared to what other mechanics wanted us to spend. Everything is always presented kindly and honestly, and Dave is more than happy to show you around your own engine! Every time I go in Dave explains what I might need to do next, how much it's going to cost, and why we need to have it done, or if necessary how long we can put it off.nnIn the last few days my car has started to have some larger issues, and Vicky and Dave were happy to take time out of their busy working days to help me diagnose the severity and cause of the issue, and were even so accommodating that they squeezed me into their very busy week of repairs.nnExtreme Machines is the example of exactly how every mechanic should treat their customers! As long as I own a Subaru and live even close to Concord this is where I'll continue to bring my car.
