Great staff and great service! Heard about them on 98.5 The Sports Hub and decided to go upgrade my plow equipment to Western. These guys are the best in New England. Definitely recommend!
JJM installed a plow on my GMC Sierra PU and they did an excellent job.nThey were professional, efficient, and pleasant. I will definitely bring mynservice to them again.
Good communication, quick turn around time and so far seems like they did a thorough job. And to anyone that has complained about customer service, I strongly disagree. I was very comfortable and pleased with my experience. Will be bringing more business in here since I was not mislead. I like straight forward work and that's what I was given.
Everytime you call they are there to help answer questions. They are great mechanics willing to get the job down on time and on budget. If things look different then what was asked of them to do, they will call you and go over problems that was not mentioned during vehicle,truck or trailer drop off.
