The sales staff was friendly and helpful, and even helped me save at least 20% on my purchase.

I was at this location yesterday and the manager was extremely rude. Upon walking in the sales associate told us about their protocol for Covid, stating that they were putting a cap on how many pairs of pants you can try on. She did not mention anything about tops, so I tried on a jacket. The manager then came running out of the back yelling at me that I wasn’t allowed to do that and that I had “been told the rules already” and that she had to “confiscate the jacket” from me. I informed her of exactly what her staff had told my friend and I and asked her to stop raising her voice at me to which she yelled from across the store as she walked away that I was rude.nnShe then proceeded to have a loud conversation on the store phone with her daughter about personal business.nnI understand that with Covid protocols things are stricter now, but Levi’s was the sloppiest at explaining these rules. Every other store had signs and also clearly verbally explained their rules. Levi’s is sloppy and yells at you for their mistakes

Had 3 associates help us and they were amazing! Buying jeans for my son as the new school year begins. One associate helped me find sizes, another searched out back for a specific color, and the last one rang us out and called another store to get the color we wanted (and they did.not have) shipped to my home at the special sale price. Great experience!

My absolute first bad review on google( and I have rated an absoluteton)!. Older blonde lady chomping on gum like a horse was just plain rude. Unhelpful would not take my valid 10 dollar off coupon on the 5 pair of Jean's I was going to purchase. Actually went to banana republic after and got a better deal by almost 50% and the clerk was as sweet as pie t)and took my coupon. Won't ever be back and live right down the street..
