I received 2-3 packs of boxer briefs for Christmas that I did not need. They were unused and in the original packaging. The manager informed me that we could not return them due to company policy. On the recipe in small print it does state that this is true. But there is no signage or warnings in the undergarment section for potential buys to see. Definitely disappointed, I feel this should have been a non issue.

Good place to shop

I like the hands of approach off the sales reps. They right there when we had questions and were super friendly. Not to mention the amazing prices!

Today I got a really upsetting experience from one of your cashier named : Jeannen( 11/02/2018 , 4.45 pm ) I bought a sweat shirt for my aunt and it was raining outside , so I requested her give me an extra bag as I don’t want to gift my aunt something in wet bag . But I should say ... the cashier who was rude and don’t know any thing relating to customer appreciation or who keeps the value for customer / who puts down your store / brand image down .. said NO to my request ... so plzzz plzzz kindly let her know what’s her part in sales and customer support .. and teach her or show her what’s humanity and mennrism ..nnAll the bestnnRahul

They always forget to ask for your email for the Rewards points! The receipts are very very confusing!!
