Great atmosphere, fantastic pancakes!nnWhere local favorites like The Friendly Toast have lost the hallmarks of their individuality, this place stays true to what people love about it, and what makes it such a point of nostalgia and return.nnStart you day with a meal here, and you truly feel fueled to hike awhile. And be sure to get some of that amazing local sharp cheddar on your eggs if you like that sort of thing - so good!
Literally the best pancakes we’ve ever had. Came here on a long weekend and ended coming back a second time in 4 days. Very COVID conscious. Staff is really great. May move to NH just for these pancakes
Polly's has been a favorite of ours for over 25 years. With the recent remodel, they are able to be open year 'round and we can indulge our need for pancakes all year. The service is always pleasant, the food plentiful, and the atmosphere is inviting. My favorite dish is the Eggs Benedict Florentine with a side of potatoes with onions and cheese sauce.nnWe still feel safe joining Polly's for breakfast any time of the year.
Me and my family have going here for years - It IS awesome. But please folks, if you go to Polly's PANCAKE Parlor, PLEASE order pancakes! Don't go and complain that your eggs, waffles, gluten-free whatever, sandwiches or other such foolishness were just OK. They are known for PANCAKES. GET THE PANCAKES and you will leave full and happy. We never miss an opportunity to go when we are in the area.
