All coaches at Presidential Range Crossfit are knowledgable and experienced. I was a newbie and the coaches worked closely with me, constantly providing feedback to improve technique. I waited a couple of months to write this review. I wanted to make sure that I did not “crash and burn” with an injury because I was “doing it wrong” . When needed the coaches adjust drills to ensure that you can do the workout safely. The community of people at Presidential Range Crossfit is supportive and encouraging. The facility and equipment are kept clean and well organized.

A total find. The owners Mari and Jamie are super welcoming and great coaches. All the equipment is brand new. Glad I happened upon it while in town temporarily.
