I prefer using independently owned businesses and JA Corey is who I've been using for a few years now. They're always great to deal with, they give you a full detailed analysis on what was wrong with (in my case) my generator and if a problem comes up they swiftly come over to check it out. So far I've never had a technician that felt like he didn't know what he was doing or seemed confusing. They have all seemed well trained and prepared to deal with whatever issue arises. They always deal with me and my long list of questions (I'm curious of what they're doing), so at least they're patient. As long as they're around, and keep giving great customer service, they have a lifetime customer here.

I called to get some electrical work done. Unfortunately they were booked out for 3 weeks but the receptionist said they would fit me in at that time. Which is understandable because summer is busy time for that line of work. I had to call them back after 4 weeks of not hearing from them. When i spoke to the receptionist again she informed me that the owner wasnt interested in the work that i needed done, and that because they took on another job (that was bigger) they didnt have time for me.n* RESPONSE TO OWNER*nnAs far as I'm concerned you did accept my call when your receptionist said I was on your wait list that was 3 weeks out. I even called back a second time to make sure I was on that list. If you guys were too busy should have just said so in the first place. The receptionist told me you took on a bigger commercial job? (After waiting 3 weeks) Thanks for blowing me off! Must be nice to be able to pick and choose what work you wana do! It's fine I'll find another electrician to do the work. Just extremely unprofessional

Had a problem with the refrigerator turning off, which is not ideal when it comes to keeping groceries. Called and was amazed to discover that the they would send somebody out the same day. Kuay quickly figured it out, corrected it and was a pleasure to deal with.
