Thank you to the guys at VIP. Always straightforward. I asked for a estimate before I had gotten three-wheel bearings and a tie rod. No hidden fees and peace of mind. Best experience anywhere. I've also gotten winter tires and an oil change. My new mechanics. Thank you gentlemen for all you've done to keep me safe as I have a cleaning business and know I will always be safe no matter where I go. You are my angels.

I had an issue with a leaking oil drain plug washer after having my oil changed here. I called and David got me in 15 minutes later and took his time selecting the perfect washer for my application. It hasn't leaked a drop in the 400 miles since, a job well done.

To say the least, I am very happy with the service that the manager (Dave) had giving today during our conversation. We have been buying local from Littleton VIP for many years now! We always call 1st, regardless of situation or persons, or anything. When approached today on the call for yet another set of Winter tires for one of our vehicles, Dave had asked if there was anything that he could do to continue our business relationship, and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the service that we have received over the time with this company up until now! Dave seemed very honest with me in regards to making sure I was taking care of, and that meant alot as to where he wanted to take care of the customer. As a returning customer of Littleton VIP, I would and will continue to purchase through them and look forward to many more years to come with this company as a customer.

The guys here at VIP knocked it out of the park for me on a Sunday. Called Saturday morning wondering when I could get in for a much needed alignment after lowering (yea I said lowered) my GMC Sierra. “How’s tomorrow morning work?” To my amazement I replied “sounds great!” They got it on the lift right before noon and I received a phone call saying my upper control arms needed replacing, much over due so I gave them the go ahead and accepted the new upped bill. They had my truck off the lift by 4:30 pm (they close at 4) on a Sunday! Huge shout out to these guys for knocking it out on a Sunday and working late to boot. I’ll recommend anyone to these guys! Coming from a dude who does most of his stuff himself, you could call me a YouTube mechanic at best. Thanks boys! Happy holidays! Truck rides amazing and just like new!
