Bought a Norse 450 Logging Winch. They were out of stock and kept putting me off every another month for 5 months before it was actually available. Then after saying it would be free shipping, they told me after I purchased it on line (with free delivery stated on web) that I would have to pay almost $400 extra in shipping costs. For this extra cost I should have bought another brand locally 5 months earlier. Then they said to help compensate they would send me a discount code for other merchandise. They have never sent me a discount code. Terrible experience with this company and do not recommend them.
