I called them 2 weeks ago and left a message with the service department.nNO CALL BACK!nI called Mr Auto and a real person answered to give me a appointment a week out.
Brought my truck in for a recall and left with $1700 estimate. Took my truck elsewhere and paid for a second opinion and learned what I already knew: they were lying.
Took in my vehicle a half hour late. Took 2.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle wash. Very slow service, although it didn't appear to be busy.
A surprisingly large scale dealer in a tiny town with a great service department.
