I tried the online chat to see about an appointment and I within no time I was scheduled for an oil and coolant flush. Absolutely love the service and convenience V.I.P. provides. There sign recently stated they work on snowmobiles and atv. I recommend calling and setting up service. I haven’t had any bad experiences with these decent techs! I Appreciate the convenience and prices.

Greg and his entire crew have always been honest, thorough, available and professional with me and in taking care of my different vehicles. Their expert techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. They've even used their own vehicles to pick me up/drop me off at home when necessary. They're great for tires too and really stand behind them with included services like free tire rotations.

Not a lot to say about service. Timely and professional on that part. The 2 stars comes from the fact that we were straight up lied to about a promotion they had going on as an attempt to get us to spend more. We're on vacation on a tight budget and went to get our front tires replaced as the rears still has a few months left on them.nnBut, while mounting the two we wanted they came out to tell us the rears were getting bad as well and they were doing a buy 3, get the 4th free deal. So we did some rough math and figured we could clear one more wheel cost and be okay.nnAll said and done we get our bill and see that we were charged for all 4 tires. I immediately noticed the total was well over what we can comfortably spend, I ask why we were charged for the 4th tire when we were told their promotion was buy 3 get 1 free, the clerk says they were running that promotion months ago and its not valid today, but that it's okay because at least we have all new tires now. Very dishonest service apparently. We would have told them to take the two tires back and not to lie to future customers but we're also on a fairly strict time scale so we have no choice but to deal with the cost and hope we can finish our vacation without issue.nnAdvice to future customers, get the total price before any work is done because this is clearly a business that will do anything to get over on customers.

My mom went in today for new tires and windshield wipers. She raved about the wonderful service she was provided and how kind everyone was to her. Thank you for taking care of her needs. It was much appreciated.

Had a message show up indicating my electronic brake system needed attention. They fit me in first thing Monday AM. After asking some key questions, they put it on the computerized diagnostics and found the programming for my EBS was hosed. They reset the programming, road tested after adjusting the centering of my steering as well, and had be back on the road in time for breakfast and my job with time to spare. William did an awesome job getting it done and explained all they had found. Here I was thinking I needed brake pads, and it was the computer...Great job guys. One more reason to keep coming back.
